Our Managing attorney Mr. Anthony Nze-Nwosu is a renowned immigration trial attorney who has been practicing law for over 11 years, he is currently a 2013 candidate for an SJD (Ph.D) in international investment law at the well-known Golden Gate School of Law in San Francisco.
Mr. Nze-Nwosu is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states in the USA and has represented countless immigrants before immigration courts all over the United States, in a diverse variety of immigration matters which include cases were people were detained for issues such as shop lifting and robbery to issues such as when people are facing deportation for committing murder or kidnapping.. Mr. Nze-Nwosu has devoted his entire career to fighting passionately for his clients.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Nze-Nwosu has also been an educator to many of his peers on how to become aggressive trial lawyers and how to handle various types of cases. Mr. Nze-Nwosu is a frequent speaker at various events and other business and professional organizations. Recently, he has given lectures regarding EB-5 investment visas in Dubai and Africa.

Ms. Peshawaria is a globally renowned professional attorney from India who is currently licensed to practice law in all 50 states of the USA. Residing currently in California, United States of America, her work is devoted to advocacy and sheltering legal and human rights internationally. Apart from being an avid social activist, Ms. Anu is also a world class Tennis Champion and United States Tennis Pro. She has represented India at Wimbledon.
She has been dynamically planning initiatives and extending her services across the world for the past 25 years. From launching a variety of non-profit organizations like Indian Vision Foundation and SevA Legal Aid, to help the destitute realize their rights,

Senior Paralegal
Mr. Alex Valdez was born in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. He attended high school at the University of Sinaloa, and at age 18, he transferred to San Pasqual Academy near San Diego, CA in 1967. He then attended Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA. and graduated in Clinical Psychology, minor is Spanish Literature in 1973. In 1975 I was hired by Allstate Insurance Company’s Claims Litigation Department. During his employment at Allstate, he was required to take numerous medico-legal courses for licensing purposes. Mr. Valdez also attended numerous orthopaedic and neurological seminars at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and some seminars by John Muir Medical Center.
Mr. valdez has served as a pro-bono Spanish/English translator for the last 22 years in various courts around California. Additionally, he has assisted and sponsored four friends to obtain their green cards and citizenship.
Paralegal
Vanessa Espinoza recently joined the firm to support attorneys with case management issues and immigration petitions. She also assists with obtaining information from clients, as well as arranging meetings and following up with various administrative tasks. As a native of Guatemala, she has strong ties in the Latino community as well as Guatemala, where her parents were born, and has native fluency in both Spanish and English. Vanessa understands what it takes to make the America dream come true and takes all immigration matters seriously, she is currently working towards a degree in Law.
